Raised in Raleigh, NC Rick has a broad understanding of the North Carolina market and sees the potential of where it can go. He studied at NC State University and discovered his passion for fine plumbing and hardware. From an early age, Ricks's biggest influencers have been his hardworking and dedicated parents. He founded R. Jacobs Fine Plumbing & Hardware on the principle that great products complete a great design. His highest priority with new customers is to help them fully understand the products and to get them as excited about fine hardware as he is. Rick feels the best part of his job is meeting new people every day and figuring out exactly what piece fits their wants and personalities. Outside of the showroom, you will often find Rick sharing his sense of humor and infectious personality, cheering on the NC State Wolfpack (which he has recently given up on), having a drink with friends, or relaxing at Atlantic Beach.

Eric manages the warehouse and product deliveries, ensuring that customers get the exact product they want, delivered on-time and installed promptly.

Eric was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, and studied at both William Peace University and Cape Fear Community College. Also referred to as “the man behind the curtain”, Eric manages the warehouse to ensure every customer receives their products on time and in perfect condition. He says, “I want people to enjoy the house they are building and living in by helping them pick out products that they thoroughly enjoy makes me happy”. In the past eight years at R. Jacobs Fine Plumbing and Hardware, he has developed a strong sense of independence and compassion for helping others. While it is rare to see him upstairs on the floor, he represents the company on deliveries and oversees inventory both coming and going! To help ease the stress of the warehouse, Eric is a beloved dad to his three-year-old Basenji Mix dog, Charlee. Away from work, Eric loves playing golf, traveling to the beach or mountains, and listening to music.
